People come to coaching for many reasons – personal, professional, financial, social or spiritual.
Maybe you want to lose weight or to give up smoking. Or to increase your confidence, improve your relationships, or handle conflict better. Perhaps you find it difficult to deal with your children, a work colleague, or awkward customers. Maybe your career is going nowhere and you don’t know what to do about it. Or it might be that you don’t really know what you want – you just feel dissatisfied with how things are at the moment.
What’s your reason?
At Suffolk Coaching Zone, we start by exploring your current situation and how you would like it to change. We focus on what’s most important to you, seeking natural and effortless ways to achieve the results you want. Key to this is identifying the personal strengths that contribute most to your success, and recognising what barriers might get in the way.
Our work can be face-to-face, on the phone or in a group. Whichever format you choose, our coaches will always create a trusting and supportive relationship that allows you to explore what you need to do to achieve your goals and reach your full potential. We help you set, review and modify objectives so you can accomplish them in bite-size chunks.
We agree the format and structure for coaching to suit each client’s needs. Individual sessions typically last for an hour and normally happen every one or two weeks. We can’t predict how many sessions you will need to achieve your objective, but we expect that you’ll be taking positive steps after the first session.
It’s tough to make changes by ourselves. It’s easy to get distracted by the stresses of everyday life, losing sight of our dreams and ambitions. The professional skill, support and accountability of our coaches helps you rediscover what you are passionate about, allowing you to make lasting changes that will lead to a richer and more fulfilling life.
